  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email which will provide all shipping details as well as a tracking number.
  • Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for order processing. 
  • SONDEUR JEWELRY is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier and consumer.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed we are not able to process refunds or cancellations, as well as returns or exchanges.
